Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned without their original packaging or tags.

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or exchange where applicable.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
